AND THERE WAS A VISITATION TO THE OLD PEOPLE’S HOME, REGINA MUNDI, MUSHIN LAGOS.

Regina Mundi, Mushin was built and established by the now Cardinal Olubunmi Okojie in the 80’s. We were welcomed by Brother Dominic Chibuike to the house.
Reverend Mother Anthonia Adebowale is the present Manager of the place.

Regina Mundi has about 14 Elderly People; the house is filled to capacity….with a recent new intake.
Yes, we met with the elderly people there present, we had a chat, prayed, sang and interacted with them. We dropped a gift too!!!
The elderly people in the home came from various works of life before retirement. The oldest sweet heart in the home is 93 yeas old; MAMA C-JESUS.

You have to be 65 years and above before you are allowed to be admitted into the home.
The Holy Family Home for the Elderly Regina Mundi is a Structure and System that has been faced with many challenges, nevertheless, it has been a source of inspiration to many others which have sprouted as a result of just a visit to the home.

On behalf of the Members of SSVP, Brother Ralph Onyeka and Sister Sarah Agba Appreciated the love, care and Hospitality given to the elderly in the Regina Mundi Home.
