Visit to Pa Hooper, Our Adoptee

Pa Hooper has been an adoptee of our conference for almost 20 years. He lives in a well maintained compound on Hooper street, a street named after his foster father. Now an octogenarian, he was never married and without children.  Papa is ostracised by relatives and lives all by his lonesome in his own filth and condition that can be considered uninhabitable. Every month we take upon ourselves as vincentians to clean up his messy room, give him food, change his clothes and beddings, attend to his health and spiritual needs.
