Week for the Poor 2021

The Society of St.Vincent De Paul, St. Dominic Conference, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria Presents Her Annual Week for the Poor (2021).

Theme: “For the needy shall not always be forgotten and the hope of the poor shall not perish forever”: Psalm 9:18″.

The week for the poor is an annual event carried out by The Society of St.Vincent De Paul to help feed, clothe, cater for the sick and attend to the poor and needy in our community. This event also helps in making us create an avenue to teach them some soft skills that will help the less privileged better their lives. It is a Charity event whose sole aim is to cater for the spiritual and material needs of up to 700 people (the poor and needy). It is in this light that we solicit your generous support.
